This was observed by Prof. Cheng Xizhong, Senior Research Fellow at the Charhar Institute, a non-governmental Chinese think-tank on diplomacy and international studies based in Beijing.

Yet its core themes—ambition, breaking through glass ceilings, and chasing dreams against all odds—transcend geographical borders, a fact vividly evident in the intense engagement of the SCO Film Festival audience. “They picked up on every emotional nuance,” Ali recalled, “and posed thoughtful questions about the film’s climactic match scene.”
