BEIJING, June 12 : Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced expanded air connectivity between China and Pakistan through strategic partnerships with Air China and Shenzhen Airlines, offering passengers from 25 Chinese cities seamless access to PIA’s direct Beijing-Islamabad service along with highly competitive fares.

The initiative aims to enhance travel convenience for students, business travelers, tourists, and families traveling between the two countries, further strengthening people-to-people and trade links, according to official sources here on Friday.

Enhanced Access from 25 Cities

Through its collaboration with Air China, passengers can connect to PIA’s Beijing-Islamabad flight from 16 cities, including Chongqing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Xi’an, and Urumqi, among others.

Similarly, the partnership with Shenzhen Airlines provides access from nine additional destinations, such as Yichun, Xiangyang, Chengdu Tianfu, Quanzhou/Jinjiang, Nantong, Wuxi, Nanning, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. Travelers from these cities can connect to Islamabad via Beijing on a single ticket, ensuring convenience and efficiency.

PIA is offering some of the most affordable fares between Beijing and Islamabad. Special through fares from the 25 partner cities provide reduced overall travel costs, particularly benefiting Pakistani students in China, business travelers, tourists, and Chinese visitors to Pakistan.
